By using TrueBroadcast ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
What TrueBroadcast is
TrueBroadcast is an AI-powered research and comparison tool. It sends your questions to multiple AI models and analyzes their responses for agreement, contradiction, and potential bias. The output is intended to help you think critically — not to replace professional judgment.
Important disclaimer
TrueBroadcast outputs are not professional advice. Specifically:

→ Not legal advice. Do not take legal action based on AI responses.
→ Not financial advice. Do not make investment decisions based on AI responses.
→ Not factual authority. AI models can and do produce inaccurate, outdated, or fabricated information. Always verify important claims independently.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. Don't share accounts. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact us.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the credit system, or use the Service in ways that harm other users or our infrastructure.
Credits and payments
Free credits — New accounts receive a small number of free credits. These are non-transferable and may change at any time.
Purchased credits — Credits purchased are non-refundable. Credits do not expire. We reserve the right to change credit pricing for future purchases, but existing credits retain their value.
Credit costs — The number of credits required for each action (Quick Compare, 360° Analysis, Dig Deeper, Keep Questioning) may change. We will provide notice of significant changes.
Cached results — Viewing previously cached results is always free for all users.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
✗ Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
✗ Attempt to bypass rate limits, credit limits, or security measures
✗ Submit queries designed to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
✗ Create multiple accounts to exploit free credits
✗ Resell, redistribute, or commercially repurpose TrueBroadcast outputs without permission
✗ Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Intellectual property
Our stuff — The TrueBroadcast name, logo, design, analysis methodology, and code are our intellectual property. Don't copy, replicate, or reverse-engineer them.
AI outputs — The AI responses and analyses generated through our Service come from third-party AI providers. We don't claim ownership of AI-generated text. However, the specific format, structure, and presentation of our analysis (agreement scores, contradiction detection, scorecard format, etc.) is proprietary to TrueBroadcast.
Your queries — You retain ownership of your questions. By submitting them, you grant us permission to process them through AI providers and cache the results for other users.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep TrueBroadcast available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uptime. The Service depends on third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI) whose availability we don't control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Limitation of liability
TrueBroadcast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: decisions made based on AI-generated content, service interruptions, data loss, or inaccurate AI outputs.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Privacy
Your use of TrueBroadcast is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
