Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

TrueBroadcast ("we," "us," or "our") operates truebroadcast.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

Account information — When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password. This is stored in our WordPress database.

Queries — When you submit a question through Quick Compare or 360° Analysis, we store the query text, the AI responses, and the analysis results. For registered users, this is linked to your account and saved as your permanent history. For anonymous users, queries are cached but not linked to any identity.

Usage data — We track how many credits you use, what actions you take (Compare, 360°, Dig Deeper, Keep Questioning), and when. This helps us manage the credit system and improve the product.

Cookies & tracking — We use server-side fingerprinting (IP address + browser type) to track anonymous usage limits. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.

How your queries are processed

This is important: when you submit a query, it is sent to up to four third-party AI providers for processing:

Anthropic (Claude)

OpenAI (GPT)

Google (Gemini)

Your query text is sent to these providers via their APIs. We do not send your name, email, or account information — only the query text and system instructions. Each provider has their own privacy policy governing how they handle API inputs.

The AI responses are stored on our servers in cached form so that identical queries from other users can be served without making new API calls. This means your query text (but not your identity) may be visible to other users who ask the same question.
